Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Cancelling Orders
eLeatehrShop.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. Customers will be pay shipping charges to reroute a package once it has been released to our carrier. Due to high volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1-12 hours, however we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $10 charges for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.
Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with the size, return it to us for exchange. All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange. We thank you for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you. There is no reason to pay retail when you can pay far less, buying directly from a major leather suppliers.

All photography of Products is copyrighted to LeatherJackets99. We are no longer allowing the use of any of our photographs for any use whatsoever. All Photographs rights are reserved. Strict legal enforcement of such rights will be diligently pursued for any violation of such rights. Copyright violations of such rights and are subject to a license fee of number less than $50 per photo, per incident. Further rights and action may still apply. Express written consent for specific photos is required for the intended use of such photographs. |
